Japan - Hokkaido Island - Sapporo & Niseko

Niseko, Kutchan and the surrounding towns all have this majestic beast as their backdrop: Mt Yotei. The below image is coming out of a supermarket. Yep. 

Getting around town consists of walking, catching one of the free shuttle busses on their loops of the town or getting a lift with one of the few people who have cars at our abode. Mostly it's walking though.
